Summarecon Distributes IDR 82.5 Billion Dividend, Marketing Sales Reach IDR 5.53 Trillion

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) is distributing a cash dividend of IDR 82.54 billion, or IDR 5 per share, to shareholders from its 2025 fiscal year performance. The decision was approved at Summarecon’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Thursday (11/6/2026).

The dividend distribution follows the company’s recording of a net profit of IDR 1.20 trillion throughout 2025. In the same period, Summarecon also posted positive operational performance by recording marketing sales of IDR 5.53 trillion, growing 27 percent compared to the previous year and surpassing the IDR 5 trillion target.

This performance was supported by the development of nine integrated township areas spread across Kelapa Gading, Serpong, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Karawang, Makassar, Crown Gading, and Tangerang.

Summarecon President Director Adrianto P. Adhi said that demand for property products, particularly in the middle and upper-middle segments, continued to demonstrate good resilience amid various economic challenges.

"Amidst various ongoing economic challenges, we are grateful that the middle and upper-middle housing market continues to show good resilience in demand for Summarecon products, which prioritise innovation, high construction quality, integrated township development concepts, and long-term investment value," said Adrianto.

He stated that Summarecon will continue to maintain prudent cash management, observe market changes, and focus on sustainable township development to generate long-term growth.
