Summarecon Crown Gading Proves Its Excellence as a Residential and Investment Destination in East Jakarta
Jakarta, VIVA – PT Summarecon Agung Tbk announced that one of its prestigious projects, Summarecon Crown Gading (SCG), is developing as a residential and investment destination in the North-East Jakarta corridor, supported by several key factors. Executive Director Magdalena Juliati said regional recognition through the Asia Gold Trophy validates the quality of planning and execution of the development, which meets international standards.

As a result, the environment has formed into an area that functions from the early stages of development,’ she said in a statement on Thursday, 5 March 2026.

This includes a CCTV Command Centre, a network of high-speed broadband, flood gate system, wastewater treatment facilities, and Water Polishing Treatment to maintain the quality and continuity of the inhabitants’ clean water supply.
To maintain governance and city sustainability, Summarecon Crown Gading is preparing professional area management by Town Management. ‘Each cluster is equipped with 24-hour security with a double-gate system, comprising one main gate and one cluster gate as a security precaution,’ she said.
