Summarecon Continues Bogor Integrated Township Development with Premium Cluster Launch
PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is expanding its premium residential portfolio in Bogor with the launch of The Sherwood Residence, the eighth cluster within the Summarecon Bogor township. The units are being marketed at prices starting from IDR 3.6 billion to IDR 4.6 billion. The launch is part of the ongoing development of the Summarecon Bogor integrated township, a 500-hectare area designed as a new centre for housing, business, and lifestyle. The Sherwood Residence was developed in collaboration with Hadiprana Design and targets upper-middle-class consumers seeking access to Jakarta alongside a hillside environment. The cluster is located in the central part of the Summarecon Bogor area and is accessible via the Bogor Selatan Toll Gate, which connects to the Jagorawi Toll Road. Summarecon Bogor Executive Director Indra W. Antono stated that the new cluster is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its premium residential segment. ‘We are presenting The Sherwood Residence as a premium dwelling that combines design quality, natural panoramas, and a continuously developing township ecosystem,’ Indra said in a statement. He added that the development of commercial facilities, educational institutions, and lifestyle centres within the township is expected to drive long-term property value appreciation. The Sherwood Residence offers two building concepts: Sherwood Green and Sherwood Red. Both are available on land plots measuring 8 by 18 metres, with prices starting from IDR 3.6 billion, and 10 by 18 metres, marketed from IDR 4.6 billion. All units are built over three floors, including corner house options with larger building areas. The developer is also offering staggered cash payment schemes and mortgages with down payments starting from 10 percent. A key selling point of the cluster is its hillside location, offering views of Mount Gede, Mount Pangrango, Mount Salak, and Mount Pancar. The developer claims that both mountain and urban panoramas are visible from various parts of the homes. Sherwood Green features a modern architectural approach with large glass openings, open-plan layouts, and a backyard on the lower level. Sherwood Red adopts a classic French design with symmetrical facades, mansard roofs, and high ceilings. The launch demonstrates the continued expansion of the Summarecon Bogor area. Several commercial facilities are already operational, including Graha Boulevard, Mountain View Terrace, Centeria Square, and Centeria Business Loft, which was launched in the first quarter of 2026. The developer is also preparing the construction of Summarecon Mall Bogor and the addition of more restaurants and lifestyle amenities. In the education sector, the township already hosts Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang, Kipina Kids Indonesia, and Sekolah Islam Al Azhar Summarecon. All clusters within the township are managed by Town Management and are equipped with 24-hour security and a layered gate system.
