Summarecon Continues Bogor Integrated Township Development with Premium Cluster Launch
PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is expanding its premium housing portfolio in Bogor City with the launch of The Sherwood Residence, the eighth cluster in the Summarecon Bogor estate. The homes are being marketed at prices ranging from Rp3.6 billion to Rp4.6 billion per unit.
The launch of the new cluster forms part of the development of the roughly 500-hectare integrated Summarecon Bogor township, which is designed as a new centre for housing, business and lifestyle in the Bogor area.
The Sherwood Residence is being developed in collaboration with Hadiprana Design and targets upper-middle-class consumers seeking homes with access to Jakarta as well as a hillside environment.
The cluster is located in the central part of the Summarecon Bogor estate and can be reached via the South Bogor Toll Gate, which connects to the Jagorawi Toll Road.
Indra W. Antono, Executive Director of Summarecon Bogor, said the development of the new cluster is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its premium housing segment.
“We present The Sherwood Residence as a premium residence that combines design quality, natural scenery and a continuously developing estate ecosystem,” Indra said in a statement.
According to him, the development of commercial, educational and lifestyle facilities within the estate is expected to help drive long-term increases in property values.
The Sherwood Residence offers two building concepts: Sherwood Green and Sherwood Red. Both are available on 8 x 18 metre plots starting from Rp3.6 billion, as well as 10 x 18 metre plots marketed from Rp4.6 billion.
All units are built across three floors, including corner-house options with larger floor areas. The developer is also offering staged cash payment schemes as well as mortgage facilities with down payments starting from 10 per cent.
One of the cluster’s main selling points is its hillside location with views towards Mount Gede, Mount Pangrango, Mount Salak and Mount Pancar. The developer claims that mountain and urban panoramas can be seen from several parts of the houses.
Sherwood Green adopts a modern architectural approach with large glass openings, open-plan interiors and a rear garden at the lower level of the building. Sherwood Red, meanwhile, embraces a classic French design with a symmetrical facade, mansard roof and high ceilings.
The cluster’s launch also demonstrates the continuing expansion of the Summarecon Bogor estate. A number of commercial facilities are already in operation, including Graha Boulevard, Mountain View Terrace, Centeria Square and Centeria Business Loft, which was launched in the first quarter of 2026.
The developer is also preparing the construction of Summarecon Mall Bogor along with additional restaurants and lifestyle facilities. In the education sector, the estate is already equipped with Sedaya Bintang Integrated School, Kipina Kids Indonesia and Al Azhar Summarecon Islamic School.
All clusters within the estate are managed by Town Management and equipped with a 24-hour security system and multi-layered gate controls.
