Summarecon and Sumitomo Forestry Introduce French-Style Classic Homes in New Rinoka Cluster
Jakarta, VIVA – Summarecon Mutiara Makassar is further strengthening the development of the area through the launch of the New Cluster Rinoka, an exclusive residential project resulting from the collaboration between PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (Summarecon) and PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry Co Ltd.

Designed by architect Faried Masdoeki, who is part of the renowned design consultancy Hadiprana, Rinoka features two-storey homes in a classic French style with elegant monochromatic facade details and modern spatial layouts designed to provide optimal comfort for today’s families.

Cluster Rinoka is available in two types: Paris type measuring 9x14 metres and Lyon type measuring 7x14 metres. The homes have land areas starting from 98 m² to 126 m² and building areas from 84 m² to 137 m², with options for 3 to 5 bedrooms. These homes are offered at prices starting from Rp 1.9 billion to Rp 3.6 billion.
