Previously, the KPK revealed that the sting operation carried out on 14 September 2026 in Bogor concerned the processing of Building Rights Titles (HGB).

The KPK detained 17 people in the covert operation. Those reported to have been arrested include the Director General of Land and Spatial Control and Order (PPTR) at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, Lampri; the Head of the Bogor Regency Land Office, Sontang; the Head of the Tangerang Land Office, Tardi; Golkar politician Fahd A Rafiq; and former Kebumen Regent Arif Sugiyanto.

“In this sting operation, the team secured a total of 17 people,” KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo told reporters in the early hours of Tuesday (15/9/2026).

Budi explained that the sting at the Bogor Regency Land Office was allegedly linked to the processing of HGB titles as well as other alleged payments.

“It is allegedly related to the processing of HGB, Building Rights Titles, in the Bogor Regency area, and also to alleged receipt of other payments,” said Budi.
