JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The government has begun offering Savings Sukuk series ST016 to individual investors since 8 May 2026. The retail State Securities (SBN) based on sharia principles can be purchased online through 32 distribution partners appointed by the government. Citing the official website of the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management (DJPPR) of the Ministry of Finance, ST016 consists of two series, namely ST016T2 with a two-year tenor and Green Sukuk ST016T4 with a four-year tenor. Both series offer floating coupons with a minimum floor. This means the government sets the coupon rate or return referring to the Bank Indonesia reference rate (BI Rate) plus a spread of 130 basis points for ST016T2 and 150 basis points for ST016T4. Returns will be paid every 10th of the working day. The first return payment date will be disbursed on 10 July 2026. β€œIn the event that the return payment date is not a working day, the return payment will be made on the next working day without return compensation. A working day is a day when the payment system operations are conducted by Bank Indonesia,” wrote DJPPR of the Ministry of Finance. Meanwhile, the offering period will run until 3 June 2026 at 12:00 WIB. Both offerings will mature on 10 June 2028 for ST016T2 and 10 May 2030 for ST016T4. The public can start investing with a minimum purchase of Rp1 million. Meanwhile, the maximum booking limit is set at Rp5 billion for ST016T2 and Rp10 billion for ST016T4.
