Sukses Makmur Jayapratama Sells 250 Million Shares in Olympus Strategic Indonesia (NATO)

PT Olympus Strategic Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Surya Permata Andalan Tbk), an issuer in the property and investment sector, has reported a change in the share ownership structure of one of its major shareholders. Based on the company’s disclosure on 26 March 2026, PT Sukses Makmur Jayapratama was observed conducting a large-scale sale of NATO shares. The company’s Corporate Secretary, Gede Putu Adnawa, explained that the transaction involved the sale of 250,000,000 shares at Rp600 per share on 25 March 2026. Following the transaction, PT Sukses Makmur Jayapratama’s ownership in the Bali-based company has shrunk to 603,663,399 shares. In percentage terms, the entity located at Gedung Menara 165 in Jakarta now holds 7.54%.
