Sukoharjo BPBD Distributes Clean Water Aid to Drought-Affected Villages

The Sukoharjo Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) has distributed clean water aid to residents affected by drought in three villages across three sub-districts in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province, to meet their water needs. As the dry season sets in, water debit has dropped drastically, with residents’ wells beginning to dry up in several locations. Local residents collect water from a storage tank filled with clean water aid distributed by Sukoharjo BPBD officers to residents affected by the water crisis in Kunden Village, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province, on 24 July 2026.
