Sukamto's Amcol stake up
SINGAPORE (Reuter): Indonesia-born Singapore businessman
Sukamto Sia said yesterday he bought a further 1.79 million
shares in property and trading group Amcol Holdings, raising his
stake to 12.53 percent.
In a declaration to Amcol, Sukamto said he bought the shares
in the open market through his investment company Beswil
Investment and Trading Pte Ltd at Singapore $3.90 per share.
Sukamto is Amcol's second largest shareholder, after
Indonesian Henry Pribadi who holds a 17.9 percent stake.
On April 12, Sukamto bought 1.5 million shares at S$3.64 per
share.
Yesterday, Amcol was down two cents at S$3.92, off the day's
high at S$3.98.
