Suggestion for APEC

The problem of traffic will be the cause of most headaches during the APEC meeting, scheduled for November, 1994.

In relation to this I would like to suggest that the duration time of the restricted areas, 7-10 a.m., on major roads in Jakarta should be prolonged to 7 a.m.-- 5 p.m.
