Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Shares of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) drew attention during the first trading session on Wednesday (29/7/2026) after a jumbo transaction took place on the negotiated market.

Based on trading data up to around 10.30 WIB, a negotiated-market transaction of 6,015,151,900 lots of MAPI was recorded, with a value of approximately Rp 9.32 trillion at an average price of Rp 1,550 per share.

On the regular market, MAPI shares stood at Rp 1,430, unchanged from the previous close. The transaction value on the regular market was recorded at around Rp 1.1 billion.

As of the time of writing, there has been no official statement regarding the parties involved or the purpose of the negotiated-market transaction.

For context, based on the Monthly Report of Securities Holders’ Registration ending at the end of June 2026, Pacific Universal is the controlling shareholder of MAPI with a 51% stake, or 8,466,000,000 shares.

The beneficial owner at the individual level is Michelle Liem Mei Fung, who is based in Singapore.

Pacific Universal Investments acquired MAPI in a transaction worth Rp 11.8 trillion in May 2026.

The Singapore-based investment holding company purchased 8.47 billion shares, or 51% of MAPI, at Rp 1,395 per share. Through that transaction, control of MAPI shifted from PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang to Pacific Universal Investments.
