Sudden Jumbo Transaction Occurs in Salim-Owned Issuer
A jumbo transaction occurred in one of Anthoni Salim’s companies, PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA), in the negotiation market during trading towards the end of the week, Friday (18/09/2026).
Quoting Stockbit, the transaction amounted to 1.8 million lots, or 180 million shares, at a price of Rp4,100 per share, valued at Rp738 billion.
Throughout today’s trading, BINA shares briefly strengthened to touch a daily high of Rp4,100 before reversing to weaken to a position of Rp4,050 per share.
In terms of transaction activity, BINA shares were recorded trading with a volume of approximately 380,000, with a transaction value reaching around Rp1.54 billion. Meanwhile, the average transaction price stood at the Rp4,046 level.
Previously, a jumbo transaction also occurred in the negotiation market during the first session of trading on Tuesday (20/01/2026). According to Indo Premier data, the transaction value was Rp733.7 billion, with the number of shares traded amounting to 159.5 million shares.
Currently, Anthoni Salim remains recorded as the controlling shareholder of the issuer, which falls under the Core Capital Group 1 (KBMI 1) category. He controls BINA through PT Indolife Pensiontama, which holds a 22.83% stake. The Salim Group officially became the controller of Bank Ina Perdana on 18 March 2020.
In addition to Indolife, Salim also controls Bank Ina through PT Gaya Hidup Masa Kini, which holds an 11.84% stake in BINA, and PT Samudra Biru with 18.16%.
