Sinar Mas controls BSDE through PT Paraga Arta Mida (40.26%) and PT Ekacentra Usahamaju (25.63%). Additionally, Michael J.P. Widjaja, the third generation of Eka Tjipta Widjaja, directly holds 0.06% of BSDE shares. Then, Muktar Widjaja, Michael’s parent, directly holds 0.5%.
