The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has officially launched an integrated service centre at its headquarters in Central Jakarta. BGN Chief Sudaryono stated that all complaints will be followed up through the system. He made the announcement after inaugurating the BGN Integrated Service Centre and Media Centre on Wednesday (29/7/2026). Sudaryono expressed his desire for the agency to have a service with clear standards. “This integrated service centre is a place for people to share their concerns, a place to lodge complaints. There is a call centre, which will be updated, showing the progress of each complaint,” Sudaryono said during a press conference at the BGN office. He explained that the agency is improving its public complaint channels and encouraged the public to use the BGN call centre 127, the official BGN WhatsApp, the official BGN website, and various other official BGN channels. “This way, we can identify issues that cannot be resolved at certain levels. I monitor the complaints daily. For instance, there are people who know me and ask, ‘Sir, why hasn’t the top-up been processed? We haven’t been able to cook yet.’ Even that is part of what we follow up on,” he said. Sudaryono also urged the public and BGN partners not to communicate with him through personal channels, in order to avoid slander. “There are problems, but I should not provide a personal channel instead of the correct one. My message to anyone who knows us is that you can message our WhatsApp, but please do not message me directly, to avoid any slander. It is better to always use the proper channels,” he explained.
