Sucor AM's AUM Reaches Rp 47.22 Trillion, Active Investors Surpass 900,000
The Indonesian mutual fund industry continues to demonstrate resilience amid financial market dynamics throughout 2026. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the net asset value (NAV) of mutual funds reached Rp 685.76 trillion by the end of May 2026, reflecting the industry’s ability to sustain growth despite market pressures. In line with this industry trend, PT Sucorinvest Asset Management (Sucor AM) recorded positive growth in both assets under management and investor numbers during the first quarter of 2026. By the end of Q1 2026, Sucor AM’s total assets under management (AUM) stood at Rp 47.22 trillion, while its number of active investors rose to more than 900,000. This achievement positions Sucor AM as one of the investment managers with the largest retail investor base in Indonesia. Dimas Yusuf, Investment Director of Sucor AM, stated that the growth was driven by increasing public financial literacy, regular investment programmes, and the expansion of distribution networks. ‘Improved financial literacy, routine investment programmes, and the expansion of distribution networks were the main drivers of Sucor AM’s AUM and investor growth in the first quarter of 2026,’ Dimas said in a statement on Thursday (18/6/2026). In terms of products, money market funds were a major contributor to the company’s performance. Amid market conditions that have led investors to adopt a wait-and-see approach, money market products remain attractive due to their relatively lower risk profile and volatility, while maintaining investor liquidity. ‘The Sucorinvest Money Market Fund (SMMF) recorded a performance of 4.78 percent year-on-year (yoy), while the Sucorinvest Sharia Money Market Fund (SSMMF) posted a 4.47 percent yoy return as of 8 June 2026. The high investor interest in SSMMF was also evident from market enthusiasm that temporarily caused the product to sell out, prompting us to add participation units to accommodate investor demand,’ Dimas added.
