JAKARTA - PT Pegadaian (Persero) has successfully held the Tring Golden Run 2026, which was attended by more than 8,000 participants. This inaugural running event also served as a moment for Pegadaian to disburse donations totalling Rp 1.25 billion to Indonesian athletes.
The Chairman of PT Pegadaian, A. M. Putranto, stated that the event serves as a medium for educating the public on gold investment. According to him, gold remains a favoured investment instrument in various economic conditions.
“The implementation of this event is for socialising how we can invest through gold,” said Putranto during the Tring Golden Run 2026 at the East Senayan Parking Area, Jakarta, on Sunday (26/4/2026).
Putranto emphasised that gold investment is increasingly relevant for both short-term and long-term horizons. Therefore, Pegadaian encourages the public to start investing for a better financial future.
The Director of Marketing, Sales, and Product Development at Pegadaian, Selfie Dewi Yanuar, explained that the Tring Golden Run is part of efforts to expand digital financial literacy. The company continues to urge conventional customers to switch to digital services through the Tring by Pegadaian application.
