JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The realisation of the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) disbursement in 2026 remains relatively low compared to the quota prepared by the government.

The National Housing Savings Agency (BP Tapera) reported that, as of 22 April 2026, FLPP disbursements had only reached 53,184 housing units with a value of Rp 6.61 trillion.

Meanwhile, the government has prepared a quota of 350,000 housing units for FLPP this year.

“Based on the demand data in our system and application, in 2025 many people wanted housing. We just need to boost the supply side to meet it; for 2026, the government has again prepared an FLPP quota of 350,000 housing units,” said Heru, quoted on Wednesday (22/04/2026).

The presence of Tapera Mobile can facilitate Low-Income Communities (MBR) in applying for subsidised housing purchases.

KPR applications through Tapera Mobile begin by downloading the app from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Next, users are required to verify their identity with a selfie alongside their ID card and capture an image of the ID card. Data from the ID card will automatically populate in the system and needs validation before saving.

The next stage is facial verification by following the movement instructions provided by the app. After that, users enter their mobile number, create a password, and verify via an OTP code sent by SMS.

Once registration is successful, prospective debtors can search for houses using the available search feature. After selecting a house, users can proceed with the KPR application, check subsidies, select the distributing bank, and schedule a meeting.

“After meeting the bank’s sales team, prospective debtors can independently monitor the KPR application process. If still confused about the flow, they can access information on Tapera Mobile from the website tapera.go.id,” said Heru.

Currently, prospective subsidised home buyers do not need to switch apps when making applications.

This follows the migration of the Subsidised Housing KPR Information System (SiKasep) and Developer Pool Information System (Sikumbang) services to Tapera Mobile.

The migration of these services officially took effect from 13 April 2026.
