  • Implementing Human Capital activities and functions in the job site organisation, including recruitment activities, manpower planning, Culture & Knowledge Management, Organisational Development, People Development, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and activities related to employment

  • Preparing facilities and services for employees along with supporting facilities

  • Directly involved in asset procurement to security to support company operational activities

  • Archiving and managing organisational documents (Terms of Reference, contracts, incoming and outgoing letters, and activity narrative reports)

  • Resolving administrative issues by coordinating report preparation, conducting data analysis, and finding solutions

Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 27 years

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, Management, and Economics

  • Has completed studies

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00

  • Not colour blind

  • Has not participated in the selection process in the last one year at PAMA Group

  • Having 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, General Affairs, or Industrial Relations is preferred

  • Able to operate MS Office and proficiency in database software is preferred

  • Willing to be placed in the PT WRN work area (Waropen, Papua)
