Students at institutes of higher learning should have a higher
awareness of appropriate dress in such an academic environment.

As we have often observed, most university students dress like
popular entertainers on campus. Some wear expensive branded
fashion, while others attend lectures in tank tops, miniskirts
and revealing clothing with sandals instead of shoes.

College authorities have laid down dress codes, but students
ignore them. Meanwhile, lecturers and other staff regard
students' inappropriate attire as the norm.

While high school students may obediently follow a strict
dress code, college students should be more conscientious about
dressing appropriately to suit their advanced level of education.
