Strengthening Synergy, BRI Life Partners with RS Awal Bros
To strengthen synergy in providing the best protection and healthcare services, RS Awal Bros Group and BRI Life Insurance have inaugurated the premium inpatient facility, The Private Suites. This facility was launched simultaneously at 10 RS Awal Bros Group hospitals spread across the Riau Islands and Riau regions as an integration of international clinical standards with innovative, humanistic patient support services.
The grand launching ceremony took place on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, simultaneously at two locations: RS Awal Bros Batam (Riau Islands) and RS Awal Bros Riau Pekanbaru. The synergy and collaboration within The Private Suites bring harmony between the medical excellence of RS Awal Bros, certified by JCI and KARS, and the ease of access to protection from BRI Life.
Through this facility, customers gain priority access to various centres of excellence (Center of Excellence) at RSAB, ranging from the Cardiac & Vascular Center, Oncology Center, to the Neurology Center and others. CEO of RS Awal Bros Group, Arfan Awaloeddin, emphasised that this inauguration is part of the strategy for transforming patient-centred healthcare services.
“The synergy with BRI Life complements this facility with priority service touches. Patients are accompanied by personal care officers (PCO) to ensure all medical and administrative processes run seamlessly,” he explained in a written statement on Wednesday (8/4). One of the main points of this collaboration is the presence of BRI Life PCOs on standby directly in the The Private Suites area.
BRI Life Director, Sutadi, added that within The Private Suites, this synergy ensures customers receive comprehensive care, including access to minimally invasive services and trauma handling at the Trauma Center. In addition to offering highly private inpatient rooms, he said, The Private Suites is designed to minimise administrative barriers.
The partnership ensures every stage of service, from procedures at the Uro-Nephrology Center to recovery at the Orthopedic & Sports Center, is carried out with Hospitality Excellence standards. This becomes an important milestone for both institutions in leading the premium healthcare services market in the Riau Islands and Riau regions.
