BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is once again opening opportunities for the nation’s best sons and daughters to participate in realising the welfare of Indonesian workers. This opportunity is provided through recruitment that will officially open on Saturday (11 April 2026) via the website rekrutmen.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id. In this recruitment, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is opening several positions, including Customer Service Officer to be placed throughout Indonesia, as well as Account Representative for the regions of Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, and Papua. The Director of Human Capital and General Affairs of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Harjono Siswanto, stated that this step is part of strengthening the institution’s performance while contributing to supporting employment absorption. “This human resource strengthening aims to deliver increasingly quality services that are close to participants, while expanding the reach of protection for all Indonesian workers,” said Harjono. Furthermore, he explained that this step aligns with the focus of the 3C strategy (Coverage, Care, and Credibility). From the Coverage aspect, the addition of human resources will drive an increase in participation coverage through the expansion of service reach, particularly for informal workers and vulnerable sectors. From the Care aspect, the presence of new talents is expected to bring more responsive, empathetic services oriented towards participants’ needs. Meanwhile, in the Credibility aspect, the recruitment process conducted openly and professionally is part of efforts to maintain public trust in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as a transparent and accountable institution. As a form of commitment to inclusivity, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan also provides opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate in the selection process. “This is part of our commitment to equal opportunities. We believe that limitations are not barriers to contributing and achieving aspirations,” added Harjono. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan urges the public to be cautious of any forms of fraud in the name of the institution or related parties. The entire recruitment process does not incur any fees. “All recruitment processes are carried out professionally and free from any third-party intervention. We look forward to your contribution as part of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in providing the best protection for Indonesian workers,” said Harjono.
