Strengthening National Energy Resilience, Pertamina Wins PRCA APAC Awards 2026
Singapore, ruangenergi.com – PT Pertamina (Persero) has once again achieved an international milestone by winning a prestigious award at the PRCA APAC Awards 2026. Pertamina successfully clinched the Corporate, Finance and Investor Relations category through its strategic programme, Pertamina Investor Day (PID) 2025, which carried the theme “Navigating Challenges Towards Energy Resilience”.
This achievement serves as concrete evidence of Pertamina’s commitment to implementing the spirit of Energizing Indonesia, where transparency and investor trust are key pillars in supporting energy sustainability in the country.
“This award is an appreciation of Pertamina’s success in integrating financial communication strategies with direct investor engagement. This has a significant impact on strengthening market confidence and opening broader access to funding to support national strategic projects aimed at maintaining energy resilience,” said VP Investor Relations of PT Pertamina (Persero), Juferson V. Mangempis.
The PRCA APAC Awards is a benchmark for excellence in communication and public relations practices in the Asia-Pacific region. The evaluation is conducted rigorously by an international panel of judges based on aspects such as strategy quality, creativity, originality, execution quality, and measurable impact on the organisation and stakeholders.
Juferson stated that this accomplishment reflects the transformation of Pertamina’s financial communication, which now serves as a strategic driver for the company.
“In our efforts to Energize Indonesia, investors not only require transparency but also clarity of strategy and credible execution. PID 2025 addresses these needs by providing a concrete platform for investment dialogue and value-adding business collaboration for national energy sovereignty,” he explained.
Through Pertamina Investor Day 2025, Pertamina went beyond merely disseminating performance information. The company created an ecosystem that directly connects financial institutions, strategic partners, and project owners.
“We will continue to strengthen the role of investor relations as a strategic enabler. With strong capital access and maintained market confidence, Pertamina can steadily advance in ensuring the availability, accessibility, and affordability of energy for all Indonesian people,” Juferson added.
VP Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Muhammad Baron, emphasised that this international recognition has a direct correlation to the company’s business sustainability.
“This award proves that transparent and accountable communication strategies can create positive sentiment in the global market. For Pertamina, this trust is a crucial non-financial asset to ensure business sustainability. With a preserved reputation, we have a strong foundation to attract green investments and strategic partnerships that support the energy transition and national energy resilience in the future,” Baron concluded.
