Strengthening Inclusive-Adaptive Work Culture, BKI Accelerates Women's Empowerment in the BUMN Environment
Jakarta – Induk Holding BUMN Jasa Survei alias IDSurvey, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) or BKI, is committed to continuing to promote women’s empowerment programmes in the BUMN environment, including the Perempuan Danantara Berkarya initiative. This effort is part of strengthening an inclusive and adaptive work culture, as BKI views enhancing women’s roles as an important aspect of building a competitive organisation. “This commitment is implemented through forums such as ‘Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026’, which is expected to encourage the emergence of female talents ready to contribute to the company’s future development,” said BKI Management in its statement on Saturday, 25 April 2026. BKI’s participation in the Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026, organised in hybrid format by the IDSurvey Group, was attended by women from various entities including BKI, SUCOFINDO, and Surveyor Indonesia, serving as a space for collaboration and strengthening women’s roles in the organisation. The event, held at the IDSurvey head office (WIT), carried the theme “Laugh Together, Connect Forever” and provided a platform for women in the IDSurvey Group environment to strengthen networks, share experiences, and encourage cross-entity collaboration. The Maheswari Sisterhood Day 2026 activities featured various programmes designed to inspire while strengthening connections among participants. The series of events included a hybrid talkshow with Salsabila Avinandita, who shared experiences on personal development, leadership, and the importance of building professional relationships. In addition, the “Maheswari Badge Hunter” programme was launched as a personal development initiative that can be followed until the end of 2026. The activities were also complemented by direct interaction sessions that encouraged togetherness and strengthened relationships among members, in an inclusive and open atmosphere. Through this event, BKI women not only participated in the series of activities but also had the opportunity to expand networks and exchange perspectives with participants from other entities. “Such interactions are expected to strengthen collaboration and open up opportunities for developing women’s roles in the work environment,” it stated.
