The economic fundamentals of Indonesia remain strong across all sectors, including government spending, consumer spending, controlled inflation, and robust investment. In line with this stability, the Indonesian Chinese Association (Inti) of South Tangerang and the PPM School of Management have established a strategic partnership in the fields of education, business, economics, and management. This initiative aims to support the development of superior and adaptive Indonesian human resources capable of navigating the era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI).

The partnership was formalised through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement at the PPM School of Management campus in Jakarta. The agreement was signed by the Chairman of Inti South Tangerang, Santo Wirawan, alongside the Chairman of the PPM School of Management for the 2025-2027 period, Wendra.

This collaboration is designed to expand access to competency development through various programmes, including leadership training, entrepreneurship, managerial capacity building, and character strengthening for the younger generation. Santo Wirawan emphasised that the quality of human resources is a decisive factor in national competitiveness amidst rapid technological shifts.

“Digital transformation and the development of AI have changed the way humans work, learn, and conduct business. Therefore, strengthening the quality of human resources is an urgent necessity. The community must be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and adaptability required to turn these changes into opportunities for increasing prosperity,” stated Santo.

According to Santo, high-quality education does not only produce competent workers but also fosters leaders with integrity, innovative entrepreneurs, and a younger generation ready to compete globally. Through this partnership, Inti South Tangerang and the PPM School of Management hope to deliver programmes that provide tangible benefits to society while supporting the strengthening of the Indonesian education ecosystem and talent development.

“The best investment a nation can make is in its people. We hope this collaboration can produce more leaders, professionals, and business actors who are prepared to face future challenges and contribute to Indonesia’s progress,” explained Santo.

The signing, which took place during the commemoration of Pancasila Day, reflects the spirit of collaboration and mutual cooperation (gotong royong) in building superior human resources as the primary foundation for national progress in the digital economy era.
