Strengthening Human Resources and Digitalisation as Keys to Enhancing Competitiveness
Strengthening human resources (HR) and leveraging digitalisation are the primary keys to enhancing competitiveness amid increasingly competitive industry dynamics. PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) continues to reinforce its business transformation steps as a strategy to address these challenges, while delivering adaptive, innovative services that create added value amid service industry disruptions.
These steps are embodied through four main focuses. First, transforming the business model from a conventional workforce provider to a strategic partner capable of delivering integrated service solutions. Second, strengthening the quality and capabilities of human resources as the company’s core asset through improved competencies, productivity, and the development of a character oriented towards service excellence.
Third, enhancing operational excellence and governance to ensure every process runs effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with good corporate governance principles. Fourth, utilising technology and innovation as the main drivers in boosting the company’s competitiveness.
PKSS President Director Sadmiadi stated that transformation and technological innovation are strategic steps to ensure the company remains relevant and able to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
“PKSS is committed to delivering innovative, adaptive services that provide tangible added value for all clients and partners,” he said in an official statement on Thursday (9/4).
As part of strengthening the talent ecosystem, PKSS has forged strategic partnerships with various universities in Indonesia through the signing of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to bolster the talent pipeline and ensure the availability of high-quality, job-ready human resources.
This initiative is further supported by a candidate bootcamp programme designed to equip prospective workers with technical competencies and soft skills aligned with industry needs, thereby delivering talent that matches client requirements.
These efforts are also backed by collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia through the Pasker platform, which opens up coordination access with Employment Agencies across Indonesia to expand national workforce absorption.
As part of the HR services and digitalisation transformation, PKSS has developed digital solutions through Prima Career. This platform supports end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and selection to assessments and applicant status monitoring within a single integrated system.
Through Prima Career, the recruitment process becomes more structured while helping to align talent qualifications with user needs, thereby supporting HR management from candidate sourcing to workforce readiness.
