Strengthening GRC Encouraged to Face Business Changes and Growth
The implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) within corporate environments has once again gained recognition through the Top GRC Awards 2026. PT Pos Properti Indonesia (Pospro) achieved an award in the 4-Star category, while the Director of Pos Properti Indonesia, Nina Risnasari, received the ‘The Most Committed GRC Leader 2026’ award.
The Top GRC Awards 2026 marks its eighth year since its inception in 2019. The event was organised by TOP Business Magazine in collaboration with the Indonesian GRC Association, IRMAPA, ICoPI, the Indonesian Governance Professionals Association (PaGI), and LKN Astacita.
This year’s theme, ‘Sustainability by Design: A Journey Through Intelligent GRC’, emphasises the importance of designing sustainability aspects from the outset and integrating them into strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, business processes, and the utilisation of data and technology.
The assessment criteria this year were refined and grouped into four main variables describing the maturity journey of GRC: Value and Business Impact, Governance and Integration, GRC Execution Excellence, and Continuous Maturity.
During the judging process, Nina presented Pos Properti’s GRC strengthening journey under the theme ‘Driving Adaptive GRC for Continuous Growth’ before the Top GRC Awards 2026 Jury on Friday.
In her presentation, Nina explained that GRC at Pos Properti is not merely an instrument for regulatory compliance and risk control. According to her, GRC is also necessary to help the company adapt to business changes, improve decision-making quality, and support long-term corporate growth.
“For us, GRC is not just a form of regulatory compliance or risk control,” said Nina.
Nina also detailed the progress of GRC implementation at Pos Prolar, ranging from building the governance foundation, integrating risk management and compliance, strengthening internal controls, and utilising technology, to fostering a risk-aware culture.
