Strengthening Digital Talent: Cyber University and FIFGROUP Forge Partnership for CLP 3+1
Jakarta — Universitas Siber Indonesia (Cyber University) continues to strengthen its synergy with the industrial sector to produce graduates capable of competing in the digital era. This initiative was formalised through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and an exhibition of internship projects.
The partnership was inaugurated during the Poster Expo (Internship Results Presentation) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year in Jakarta on Wednesday (29/07/2026). A representative from FIFGROUP, Thomas, attended to sign the agreement aimed at expanding the partnership for digital talent development.
During the exhibition, students showcased various data-driven innovations resulting from their practical industry experience. One notable project was presented by Zefanya Williams, a Digital Business student at Cyber University who interned at FINATRA, FIFGROUP’s productive MSME financing unit. Williams worked on the ‘Activity Task Force 3::’ project, which focuses on optimising administrative automation and operational monitoring systems.
Ayi Wahid, a lecturer for the Digital Business programme at Cyber University, noted that this field experience serves as a highly relevant learning tool for current industry needs. “Students do not only learn theory in the classroom, but also implement data analysis, problem-solving, and professional communication skills within a real working environment,” Ayi stated in Jakarta on Thursday (30/07/2026).
Vivi Afifah, Head of the Digital Business programme at Cyber University, explained that this collaboration is part of the implementation of an adaptive curriculum through the Company Learning Program (CLP) 3+1. “Through this programme, students learn to resolve business problems directly, ensuring they possess competencies that meet industry requirements,” said Vivi.
Representing FIFGROUP, Thomas expressed that partnering with higher education institutions is a long-term investment in preparing human resources for the changing world of work. “We see that Cyber University students possess a strong passion for learning and good adaptability. Moving forward, we are open to expanding this collaboration, both through internship programmes and joint projects,” Thomas remarked.
Through this ongoing partnership, Cyber University, under its mission of “Shaping Digital Future Leaders,” remains committed to providing industry-based practical learning to produce superior, work-ready graduates.
