Strengthening Commitment in Indonesia through GIIAS 2026
Citroën is set to participate in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026, demonstrating its commitment to providing comfortable, innovative, and relevant driving experiences for Indonesian consumers. Guided by the ‘Citroën Advanced Comfort®’ philosophy, the brand’s presence at Indonesia’s largest automotive event serves as a momentum to bring the brand closer to the public through its products, services, and ownership experiences.
At GIIAS 2026, Citroën will display its flagship product range designed to meet various Indonesian mobility needs, including the Citroën ë-C3 All Electric, Citroën C3, and the Citroën C3 Aircross SUV. These models represent Citroën’s core character, prioritising comfort, expressive design, and intuitive technology for daily activities.
On this occasion, Citroën is presenting the ë-CUS with a retro-style concept, inspired by the iconic Citroën 2CV. This aesthetic is realised through ‘Neo Vert Jade’ exterior decals, fabric seats with a ‘Woven Cloth’ motif reflecting the classic 2CV style, and retro-style wheels paired with chrome hubcaps. This look aims to inspire customers seeking personalised and expressive vehicles without sacrificing Citroën’s signature comfort. Moving forward, this personalisation concept may be further developed based on market response.
“The Citroën ë-C3 we are displaying this time is an exploration of our vehicle personalisation concept, introducing a retro touch that provides a distinct character. Through this approach, we want to inspire customers to express their personal style through their vehicles, without reducing the signature Citroën comfort that defines our identity,” said Ferdinan Hendra, Sales & Marketing Division Head of Citroën Indonesia.
According to Ferdinan, Citroën’s participation in GIIAS 2026 is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its brand existence in Indonesia and build closer relationships with consumers. He added that GIIAS is a vital moment to introduce the brand’s philosophy, supported by an expanding dealer network and attractive exhibition offers.
As part of this commitment, Citroën continues to strengthen the vehicle ownership experience through comprehensive and accessible after-sales services. Currently, Citroën is supported by a network of 52 dealers across various Indonesian cities. To ensure peace of mind, the brand guarantees spare part availability within 24 hours and provides a 24-hour Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) service.
During GIIAS 2026, Citroën will also offer various sales programmes to facilitate vehicle ownership, including free petrol programmes, credit interest starting from 0%, ‘Buy Now, Pay Next Year’ schemes, and financing tenures of up to 7 years. Through these after-sales supports and sales programmes, Citroën is committed to providing a comfortable and seamless ownership experience from purchase to daily use.
