Storm hits Subang in West Java
SUBANG, West Java: A storm hit Subang regency in West Java on
Sunday, damaging markets, dozens of houses, schools and other
public facilities.
Three subdistricts were badly affected by the storm. They were
Tanjung Sari Barat, Tanjung Sari Timur and Gandasari, some 75
kilometers north of Subang regency capital.
Wawi, a local resident, said on Monday the storm hit suddenly
at about 2 p.m.
No fatalities were reported in the storm. -- Antara
