Stone throwing at train

Stone throwing at train

From Kompas

Riders beware. As the train passes from Pasar Minggu station
to Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, high school students tend to
throw stones, usually between 5 and 6 p.m.

Once I witnessed lady get badly hit, causing her to bleed
badly. My question now is: Who is responsible for this act? The
police, the railway company, the school, the parents? Regardless,
the most important thing is how to anticipate such an incident to
prevent it from recurring.

I would suggest that the two stations, Pasar Minggu and
Lenteng Agung, be guarded. Arrest the students who sit on top of
the train upon arrival at either station. Process them to the
fullest extent of the law, because warnings, appeals and the like
are no longer enough to stop them.
