Stock Trading at Around Rp 300 Surges, Book Value at Rp 2,000
Jakarta — Shares of PT PP Tbk (PTPP) surged 6.86% to Rp 374 at the close of trading on Tuesday 24 February 2026. The state-owned construction company’s shares attracted strong investor interest.
A total of 86.42 million PTPP shares were traded across 5,822 transactions, generating transaction value of Rp 31.73 billion. Foreign investors recorded net purchases of PTPP shares worth Rp 1.7 billion.
Despite the share price increase, PTPP’s price-to-book value (PBV) ratio remained low at 0.19 times, indicating a book value per share of approximately Rp 2,000. The stock’s price-to-earnings ratio (PER) stood at 15.06 times on a trailing twelve-month basis.
KB Valbury Securities recommended a trading buy for PTPP on Wednesday 25 February 2026, with a target price of Rp 388 and support level at Rp 354. The recommended stop-loss level was set at Rp 320.
