Stock Recommendations Today: From TLKM to ARCI
The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) ended Friday’s trading in positive territory, rising 2.28% to 5,875.78. The index’s strengthening was primarily supported by gains in BBCA, AMMN, and DCII, while SMMA, BRPT, and BYAN weighed on the index. Foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp16.58 billion in the regular market, though across all markets they posted a net buy of Rp6.04 billion. All trading sectors closed higher, with the industrial sector leading the gains at 3.61%. Meanwhile, the United States stock market was closed for the observed Independence Day holiday. Domestically, market participants began receiving refunds from the JEC and JELI IPOs, which is considered to have the potential to boost market liquidity. This positive sentiment was also reflected in the MSCI Indonesia index, which strengthened by 2.82%.
In corporate actions, PT Anabatic Technologies Tbk. (ATIC) will conduct a rights issue by issuing a maximum of 578.84 million new shares at an exercise price of Rp500 per share, potentially raising up to Rp289.42 billion. Four old shares entitle holders to one right, and shareholders who do not exercise their rights face a potential dilution of up to 20%. Major shareholder TIS Inc., which holds 37.30% of the company, has stated it will not exercise its rights. The proceeds will be used to repay part of the principal of Anabatic’s 2018 Convertible Bonds to TIS Inc., with the company also utilising bank credit facilities and internal cash to meet funding needs.
PT Singaraja Putra Tbk. (SINI) is also planning a rights issue, offering up to 721.50 million new shares at an exercise price of Rp5,000 per share, potentially raising up to Rp3.61 trillion. Approximately Rp1.51 trillion, or 41.92% of the funds, will be used to acquire a 99.99% stake in Kemilau Mulia Sakti from Petrosea (PTRO). Around Rp900 billion is allocated for accelerated debt principal repayment, approximately Rp1.18 trillion will be channelled as loans to subsidiaries, and the remaining Rp10 billion will be used for working capital. The rights issue uses a 2:3 ratio, meaning non-participating shareholders face a potential dilution of up to 60%. Major shareholder Autum Prima Indonesia (API) has committed to exercising part of its rights worth Rp300 billion and will transfer the remaining rights to Deli Indonesia Raya, Henan Putihrai Sekuritas, and Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia. Batubara Development and Hapsoro have stated they will not exercise their rights and will transfer them to designated parties. Kreasi Jasa Persada is also transferring all of its rights, worth Rp712.05 billion, to Petrosea as the standby buyer. The trading and exercise period for the rights is scheduled for 14–20 July 2026.
PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk. (NCKL) has set a cash dividend for the 2025 financial year at Rp42.64 per share, totalling Rp2.69 trillion. This reflects a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30.01% of net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity. Throughout 2025, the company recorded revenue of Rp29.63 trillion, an increase of 9.89% compared to the previous year, while net profit grew 40.32% year-on-year to Rp8.95 trillion. Based on the closing share price of Rp860 on 3 July 2026, the dividend represents a yield of approximately 4.96%. The cum dividend date in the regular and negotiation markets is scheduled for 8 July 2026, with payment on 31 July 2026.
