Stern train measures needed

Recently, the economy class electric train from Bekasi to
Jakarta, which is supposed to leave Bekasi station at 2 p.m.,
usually does not depart until 2:30 p.m.

The railway authorities must take stern measures to ensure
that the trains keep to their departure schedule.
