The stern reprimand to the SPPG boss follows the viral ‘Rp6 million dance’. Not only facing criticism, the man’s dancing act at the Nutrition Fulfilment Service Unit (SPPG) has resulted in a severe warning to the individual involved. His dancing video became widely shared on social media. In addition to dancing, the man claimed to receive an incentive of Rp6 million per day from the government. Deputy Head of the National Nutrition Agency, Nanik S. Deyang, expressed regret over the man’s actions. She even admitted disappointment with the man, who is a partner owning the SPPG. Nanik stated that she had tasked the Director of Monitoring and Supervision of the BGN to meet the man and issue a stern reprimand. ‘I just called Brigjen Doni Dewantoro, Director of Tauwas region II, he has met him and reprimanded him severely,’ Nanik said. Moreover, Nanik mentioned that the BGN has monitored the man’s SPPG and temporarily suspended it. The man’s SPPG does not comply with the technical guidelines after inspection by the BGN. It was later revealed that the man owns seven free nutritious meal (MBG) kitchens or SPPGs. According to Nanik, the other six SPPGs owned by the man are not yet operational and will be strictly monitored by the BGN during the establishment process until implementation. ‘So I remember, he said he got seven kitchens, seven points. But only one is running that has started. The others are not yet, not running,’ she said. Most recently, the man has apologised following his viral actions on social media. He conveyed an apology to all Indonesians. ‘I apologise, especially as it’s still the Lebaran atmosphere,’ he said in a video seen by CNNIndonesia.com on social media, Wednesday (25/3).
