State Secretary: 5,000 People Estimated to Attend Open House at the Palace

Since Saturday afternoon (21/3), thousands of citizens have been queuing in front of the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta to attend the open house or ‘gelar griya’ held to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah. State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi estimated that 4,000 to 5,000 citizens would attend the annual agenda at the Presidential Palace. On this occasion, the government provided various typical Lebaran dishes such as ketupat. In addition, there was musical entertainment to entertain the citizens who enthusiastically attended the open house.
