State-Owned Enterprise Body: Peruri CEO Replacement Based on Company Needs

The Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Supervisory Body (BP BUMN) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, has stated that the replacement of Perum Peruri’s President Director, Dwina Septiani Wijaya, was carried out based on the company’s needs. “I think if it has been announced, perhaps yes (the replacement of Peruri’s President Director). Because I was just inside (a limited meeting). But the decision is already in place,” Dony said after attending a limited meeting with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta on Wednesday. It is known that Dwina Septiani Wijaya has been replaced by retired Indonesian Army officer Teguh Arief Indratmoko. This announcement is based on BP BUMN Decree Number: 345 of 2026 and Decree Number: 346 of 2026 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peruri, dated 15 July 2026. Regarding the appointment of a retired Army officer as the new President Director of Peruri, Dony stated that the placement of directors in every business entity is tailored to the needs of each. He emphasised that this consideration forms the basis for determining the right figure to lead Peruri in accordance with the company’s strategic needs and functions. “So all director placements depend on our needs. Peruri is actually a company that deals with security, and so forth. We need that, because Peruri is not really a commercial company; it is more of a government instrument for control,” he explained. In addition to the president director, BP BUMN also appointed Geerhan Lantara as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
