State-owned Bank Mandiri plans to issue US$100 million in five- year floating rate Eurobonds to refinance its debt due next year and to improve its financial structure. Dow Jones Newswire quoted the bank as saying on Wednesday the coupon would be set at the six-month London Interbank Offered Rate plus a small premium and the bonds would be listed in either Hong Kong and Singapore. Vehicle sales in the domestic market rose 6.5 percent to 27,758 units in October from 26,041 a month earlier, the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industry (Gaikindo) announced in a statement on Wednesday. Vehicle exports rose to 3,857 during the month from 3,596 in September. -- JP
