State Assets Reach Rp14,600 Trillion, but Equity Declines

Jakarta - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa revealed that the realisation of state assets grew in 2025 to Rp14,600.98 trillion, an increase of Rp908.62 trillion from the 2024 figure of Rp13,692.37 trillion. “The balance sheet position as of 31 December 2025 reflects a solid financial position with total assets reaching Rp14,601 trillion,” Purbaya said during his presentation at the 23rd Plenary Session of the House of Representatives for the 2025-2026 Session Year. The total assets consist of liabilities which grew by Rp1,258.27 trillion, from Rp10,269.02 trillion in 2024 to Rp11,527.29 trillion by the end of 2025. Meanwhile, equity shrank by approximately Rp349.65 trillion, from Rp3,423.45 trillion to Rp3,073.69 trillion. “Liabilities of Rp11,527 trillion, and equity of Rp3,073 trillion,” Purbaya stressed. Purbaya added that the 2025 balance sheet position reflects the state’s net wealth as well as the fiscal capacity available to support the sustainable development agenda. “This reflects that the fiscal capacity is quite good to support the sustainable development agenda,” Purbaya explained.
