The Ministry of Law (Kemenkum) has affirmed its commitment to strengthening legal certainty for the business world through digital service transformation. Starting September 2026, 470 Kemenkum services will be accessed entirely through a digital system to support the investment climate and national economic growth.

Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas stated that the digitalisation of services is expected to provide convenience while accelerating the service process for the public and business actors.

“To support the investment climate and national economic growth, starting September 2026, 470 Ministry of Law services will only be accessed digitally, making them easier and faster,” said Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas on Tuesday (4/8/26).

In addition to carrying out digital transformation, Supratman emphasised that the government is also committed to deregulating various rules deemed to hinder the investment climate in order to increase the competitiveness of national industry.

“All regulations that hinder investment will be reviewed and deregulated,” he said.

According to Supratman, the law must not be an obstacle to investment, but rather must be a driver of economic growth while breaking the chain of high costs.

On the occasion, Supratman also confirmed that notification of approval for limited liability company annual reports will be free of charge until 31 December 2026.

The dialogue with Apindo in Makassar was also attended by Minister of Manpower Yassierli. Previously, Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, and Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan also delivered keynote speeches on the investment climate and Indonesia’s economic resilience.
