Four Nutritional Service Fulfilment Units (SPPG) in the Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost (3T) regions of Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), have not yet begun operating, despite their kitchens having been completed two months ago. The four 3T SPPG kitchens are located in Riwo Village, Mumbu Village, Serakapi Village, and Saneo Village, all within Woja District. All of the kitchens have already been inaugurated by the Dompu Regency Government.

“None of them are operational yet. The obstacle is that we are still waiting for further instructions, because the system is currently under maintenance,” said Dompu SPPI Coordinator Putri Rizkika when contacted on Friday (19/6/2026). Putri explained that the Dompu SPPI had initially finished registering the number of beneficiaries for the 3T kitchens. However, they were asked to re-register and input the data into the system following a change in leadership at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).

Putri added that the SPPI is still awaiting further guidance from the central authorities regarding the issues faced. Furthermore, three of the four 3T SPPG units do not yet have a head of SPPG. “We are still waiting for further instructions from the leadership,” Putri stated.

Observations at the 3T SPPG kitchen in Serakapi Village showed no activity whatsoever. The gate was locked, and no guards or officers were visible at the facility. A similar situation was found at the 3T SPPG kitchen in Saneo Village. The building appeared fully completed, resembling a typical SPPG office, yet again there was no activity. Only a pickup truck bearing the SPPG logo was seen on the premises.
