StanChart's Brougham stays

LONDON (Reuters): Banking group Standard Chartered Plc said
yesterday that director David Brougham is to remain on the board
following his appointment as chairman of the creditors' committee
established for Indonesia.

Brougham was due to leave the board in April after a board
reorganization announced last October.

But last month he was appointed chairman of a committee that
comprises lenders with exposure to Indonesia.

Mervyn Davies took over Brougham's role as group executive
director in December.
