STANCE ON ACEH: U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz (right) and Indonesian Minister of Defense Matori Abdul Djalil speak at a joint news conference after their meeting in Singapore. Matori told Friday's news conference that Indonesia and the United States expect the military operations to last six months, while Wolfowitz urged Jakarta to allow international observers in to the war-torn province.
