STANCE ON ACEH: U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz

Singapore. Matori told Friday's news conference that Indonesia
and the United States expect the military operations to last six
months, while Wolfowitz urged Jakarta to allow international
observers in to the war-torn province.
