Staff Member Claims No One Helped When Bone DPRD Chair Threw Cake at Her

Andi Tenri Walinonong, Speaker of the Bone Regency Legislative Council (DPRD), has been reported to police on suspicion of throwing a cake at the face of her staff member, Yuli Nofita Sari (29). According to Yuli’s account, no one came to her aid during the incident.

“What disappoints me most is that there were many men at the scene. But not a single one behaved humanely to stop it while I was being pelted and doused,” said Yuli, as reported by detikSulsel on Friday (24/7/2026).

Yuli said many council officials and staff were present in the canteen at the time. None of them made any attempt to stop Andi Tenri’s behaviour.

“There were so many people there, including the head of department and staff. The ones I remember are only a few, such as Andi Ikbal Baso (Head of DPRD Facilitation Department), Andi Zulfikar Efendy (Head of the DPRD Household Sub-Department), and Andi Juanda Putra (Aide to the Council Speaker),” she said.

Yuli insisted she refuses to make peace with Andi Tenri. Yuli, who is employed as a part-time PPPK contract worker, has also reported Andi Tenri to the Bone DPRD Honorary Board (BK).

“Several people have tried to mediate, but I do not want to settle. I want to report the matter to the Honorary Board regarding the ethics code violation, and my legal counsel is currently being assembled,” said Yuli.
