SPSL Records Performance Improvement in 2025, Port and Logistics Services Increase
PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) recorded an improvement in operational performance throughout 2025. Enhancements occurred across several business lines, including port support services and regional development.
SPSL’s President Director, Joko Noerhudha, stated that the strengthening of performance was achieved through fundamental operational improvements. “We continue to ensure that each business line operates effectively and can synergise optimally, thereby delivering service solutions for users and providing sustainable added value for the company,” said Joko on Tuesday (14/3/2026).
In 2025, the port support services line, such as stacking, warehousing, and freight forwarding, grew by 6.1% compared to the previous year. The increase was particularly notable in the Pontianak, Surabaya, and Ambon regions.
SPSL also expanded its services by opening a multimodal representative office in the Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone. This step was taken to meet industry needs while broadening the logistics market.
On the regional development side, the Cibitung–Cilincing Toll Road recorded traffic of 12,988,557 vehicles by the end of 2025, up 9.31% from the previous year.
Joko stated that the company is promoting tariff integration to enhance competitiveness. “We are pushing for tariff integration on the JTCC to make it more competitive compared to other toll road sections. With efficient tariffs and smoother access, we are confident that JTCC will become the primary choice for logistics transport vehicles to and from ports,” said Joko.
In the property sector, occupancy at Pelindo Tower increased by 3.28%. This rise reflects improved property management performance and tenant confidence.
SPSL assesses that the performance improvement is supported not only by infrastructure but also by business process enhancements and human resource strengthening. The company also emphasised its identity transformation from PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva to reinforce its business focus.
“We hope this transformation will provide sustainable added value for customers and stakeholders, as well as support the growth of the port ecosystem and the national economy,” said Joko.
