SEMARANG – Marking the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan with a spirit of social concern, PT Sriboga Flour Mills has once again launched its annual programme titled “Berbagi Berkah Puasa” (Sharing Blessings of Fasting). This year, the flour producer has committed to distributing a total of 5,000 iftar packages across various strategic areas in Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

As a symbolic start to the distribution series, PT Sriboga Flour Mills handed over 250 packages to students and worshippers at Masjid Baitul Muslimin in Tanjung Mas, Semarang, on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

PT Sriboga Flour Mills has partnered with Rumah Zakat as its distribution partner to ensure aid reaches the right beneficiaries and reaches communities that truly need assistance.

This year’s “Berbagi Berkah Puasa” programme is not limited to Semarang. The initiative also targets six other regions to expand the company’s positive impact, covering Semarang, Demak, Kendal, Jepara, Magelang, Yogyakarta, and Solo.

Lilik Nugroho, General Manager of HR Corporate Service at PT Sriboga Flour Mills, stated that this activity is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility focused on strengthening bonds of silaturahmi (kinship ties) with surrounding communities.

“We hope that through these 5,000 iftar packages, PT Sriboga can bring happiness and lighten the burden of others during this month of grace. Our collaboration with Rumah Zakat ensures that this trust is conveyed well across all distribution points,” said Lilik.

Arif Sarifudin, Head of Corporate Partnership Division at Rumah Zakat, appreciated PT Sriboga’s consistency in making genuine contributions to society. According to him, this collaboration exemplifies how the industrial sector can play an active role in humanitarian programmes.
