The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) has suspended the SPPG that was the location where a man went viral dancing in the MBG kitchen. Deputy Head of BGN, Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, stated that the SPPG was found to be non-compliant with SOP.

“Coincidentally, after checking the kitchen, it turned out the layout was wrong and the IPAL (Wastewater Treatment Installation) was not correct, so we suspended it,” said Nanik to reporters on Tuesday (24/3/2026).

BGN has issued a stern reprimand to the man in question. Nanik also regretted the excessive behaviour of the SPPG owner.

“What is clear is that we are very disappointed and regretful of the partner’s attitude like that,” she said.

Nanik stated that the man has seven MBG kitchens. However, of all of them, only one SPPG has started operating.

“So I remember, he said he got seven kitchens, seven points. But the one that’s running is only one that’s started. The others haven’t, haven’t running (operational) yet,” said Nanik.

Nanik emphasised that SPPG is not a business. She said the MBG programme aims to educate the nation.

“This is not a business. This is a government programme to educate children. Not then done like that,” she added.
