SPPG Kitchen Cooks Compete in Creativity to Serve Free Nutritious Meal Menu

Thirteen SPPG kitchens from Ciamis Regency and Banjar City participated in a cooking competition for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme at the Panyingkiran Village sports hall in Ciamis Regency, West Java, on Saturday (29/8/2026). The competition served as a platform for cooks to hone their creativity while improving their skills in preparing and presenting MBG menus. Beyond taste, the event encouraged improvements in food quality to ensure meals remain nutritious, appealing, and compliant with programme standards. The initiative is expected to help boost public confidence in the implementation of the MBG programme.
