SINGAPORE (Reuters): Singapore and the United States will hold a third round of talks on a free trade agreement in the city state next week, broaching issues ranging from investment to intellectual property rights.

The third round of negotiations will be led by Assistant U.S. Trade Representative Ralph Ives and Singapore ambassador Tommy Koh, the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) said on Friday.

Discussions will include trade in goods, trade in services, investment, e-commerce, customs, textiles and dispute settlement, it said in a statement.

The two sides will also conduct video-conferencing sessions on intellectual property rights and financial services.
