HANOI (AFP): A Singaporean firm broke ground for a US$10 million office complex in Ho Chi Minh City, a report said over the weekend.
Yuan Cheny Singapore is to take a 70 percent stake in the joint venture project with the Transport Services 3 Company, under Vietnam's Ministry of Transport, holding the balance, the Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper said.
The project is to build a 19-storey office building in central Ho Chi Minh City with construction slated for completion in 1999.
