HANOI (AFP): A Singaporean firm broke ground for a US$10
million office complex in Ho Chi Minh City, a report said over
the weekend.
Yuan Cheny Singapore is to take a 70 percent stake in the
joint venture project with the Transport Services 3 Company,
under Vietnam's Ministry of Transport, holding the balance, the
Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper said.
The project is to build a 19-storey office building in central
Ho Chi Minh City with construction slated for completion in 1999.
