Spanish dish on offer at El Patio

YOGYAKARTA: In a bid to give its customers more variety, Melia
Purosani Hotel on Jl. Suryotomo is offering a traditional Spanish
dish -- Paella Valenciana -- at its El Patio coffee shop during
July.

Offered for Rp 95,000++ per person, Paella comprises three
main ingredients -- rice, saffron, and olive oil. It will be
prepared authentically with prawns, mussels, chicken, sausage,
snapper and vegetables. Its name refers to where the dish
originally comes from, in Valencia, Spain.

"It will also include a choice of several kinds of beverages
such as a glass of Sangria (a mix of red wine and orange juice),
juices, or soft drinks," hotel public relations manager Atik
Damarjati said. The coffee shop was open daily, 24 hours, he
